    Yep, I've got a bunch of ends for mine in a drawer I made for pulling various underbody stuiff on my '89 GT that was all smashed from improper jacking over the years.  I didn't get it perfect, but its 90% better than it was.  Any more was going to require cutting stuff open, etc.  I didn't see the benefit for the work involved.

    Man, I wish I had a wire edm.
    The body was made on a manual bench top mill and engine lathe used for the punch. I rough drilled the round hole, bored it to size then used  5/16” dia. long flute end mill to “V” the hole.
    I had seen pictures of them but just guesstimated my dimensions.

    I wonder if a person could rough up the end on a small nut splitter and accomplish that?

    If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.

    These are a handful that I modified or made except one. They were all used on airplanes except one.

    70, ragtop 351W/416 stroker Edel Performer heads w pro flow 4, Comp roller 35-421-8. T5
