2022 MustangSteve BASH - OFFICIAL INFO

The 2022 19th annual MustangSteve BASH will be held in Vandalia, Illinois on September 17, 2022.

Terry and Lisa Robbins will be hosting. Stay tuned, as Terry will be posting hotel info in the near future.

Note the venue has changed from Alabama to Illinois.  Get ready to see some corn!

Re: 2022 MustangSteve BASH - OFFICIAL INFO

Let's not take any detours this time.  The last time we went to Vandalia we took a detour through a cornfield down a gravel road. Ding Da Ding Da Ding is the only way I can describe the sound of the gravel bouncing around in my fender welds.

Re: 2022 MustangSteve BASH - OFFICIAL INFO

I am planning on taking state highways rather than interstate highways all the way from Shreveport, La.
Anyone else interested in going that route ?

Will avoid the illinois gravel roads. We have much better GPS system now than we had last time.

Note to Al:  undercoat those inner fenders.

Anna and I are in on the Shreveport way. Her mom lives there so we head out a day early to say hi to her. Also I did the Herculiner brush on undercoating under my fenders haven't had a rock chip issue since. Easy to apply. Did three coats I believe.
