No, they must be COBRA calipers to clear the COBRA wider rotors. The caliper itself can be used, but the mounting cradle is different. Also you must use COBRA pads that are slightly thinner than the regular ones.
Below is GT or 6 cyl caliper with 3/4" slot in cradle
Below is COBRA caliper with 7/8" slot
Below shows wider slot in cobra vs GT or V6 caliper
Below shows the COBRA caliper has a stronger crossbrace on the caliper cradle.
The caliper itself is same. Cradle is different. The cradles are sold as replacement parts though for around $25 each. Just be sure to use the thinner cobra pads or you won't be able to get it over the rotor. I emailed you a spreadsheet that lists all the parts to put together a rear cobra setup, with part numbers and prices as would be available at Autozone. Of course, they are not the only parts house to carry those parts, just an example.
