Somehow I missed the passing of a forum member

Talking to another member and he told me that Terry McGovern AKA TMcG/393 had died a while back. Not sure if it was mentioned on here.   He hosted the bash back in 2009 in Jacksonvill Illinois .  Here is his obituary https://www.colwellmemorialhome.com/obituary/Terry-McGovern

Thank you, Terry.  I'm truly sorry to hear that.  We met Terry at your place on the way to the Franklin Bash.  Nice fellow.

Re: Somehow I missed the passing of a forum member

I saw a craigslist ad for his 66 FB back in Feb of 2017.  It was listed by someone other than him trying to flip it.  I was not in the market, but let MS know.  MS wanted to buy the car, but it had already been sold.

I have wondered about Terry since then.  He was very welcoming to a fellow Illinoisan at our first BASH in Franklin TN, whatever year that was....

Yes!  I had forgotten that!  I remember while he was here we looked at it, he built his filter out of aluminum.  Terry rode with Lisa and I to the bash in Tomball and I think he rode with Joe and I to Franklin bash as well
