Neat lil ride almost looks fake in pics but still neat. I like the 1969-70 Mustang roof. Maybe the builder bought the cougar thinking parts would be easy to come by then notice wait it not a Mustang lol very close though. What do you guys think?

I like it. Love to see High Q and unique work.

That’s a neat looking ride.

I typically do not like cars with modified bodies, but that thing is really well-done. Mercury missed an opportunity! It is beautiful!

It would be cool if the rear quarter window was functional. The cougar maybe had the window regulator fab up some brackets for the window and come up with a seal. I want to build a Cougarback, Fastcougar, 2+coug lol. Would be a fun project.

Really nice looking, and the styling largely looks like a real design from the '60s/early '70s. Personally the wheels are too big. Looks like someone got bit by the Chip Foose styling bug where everything needs 20" wheels; it doesn't. I think with 17s or 18s it would look better.

Great minds think alike TKO rims look to large. Do you guys like the new model 2015 mirrors?

X-3 on the wheels!
Mirrors look good. At least they are big enough to be functional butt-knott Mickey Mouse ears looking.

“O” ring tires- - - LOL. Those wheel rims would be scrap driving on the roads around where I live.

Yeah, I like them. I didn't notice them at first, which IMO is a good sign.

Nice lines. If only.
The mirrors are nice on a large car such as 67-73’s.
I think a proportionally smaller size would be required for 65-66’s.
Those mirrors are about half the width of my 65.

I have no idea how easy the cougar replacement panels are to buy and whats available. I do know the main base is like a mustang. Is there anyone on the forum that has built a Cougar or Torino? Definitely would like a Cougar fastback conversion car. And a Ford Torino Maybe. The Cougar kinda Made me think of the goons car in Fast and The Furious. Also on the Mirror Note. Anyone here own a 2015+ Mustang with the extra mirror in the corner of the main mirror? Curious what package thats called so I can find some easier. I have been debating using these mirrors on my 1965 Mustang. Also maybe upgrade my stock mirrors on my 2015. My 2015 has blind spot indicator and turn signal also have multi point car sensor.

When I bought my 2015, as my fading old memory recalls, those dual pane mirrors could only be had if you bought adaptive cruise control package.
It was weird how they grouped options. I special ordered my 2025 GT convertible, so researched alot of stuff.
Again, though, that was seven years ago,…
