Lid on 1963 Falcon Convertible console I was cleaning up wanted to swap out the rusted acorn nuts and screws but kinda wanted the original type and not look like a rigged stuff in there.

Never looked real close butt (TS&T), I think squirrels have them.

Also, Ace Hardware may have them, the size of the store depends on the selection that they carry.

Not these I spoke to a couple of restorers and they said good luck...it was almost like Ford had them made special that year only. Was just wanting to really wanting make it look really accurate.

He said all the ones he has tried have been either to big or to small needs to be a odd size that aint available ...I am gonna try and see if i can get the rust off the ones I have and maybe paint them.

I had heard of "Pal Nuts" so I Google it ... but have seen these before.
Can you post a picture of the nuts you're trying to duplicate?
