Re: I wish i could find my very first post

OMG Billy, has it really been that long? I can remember back in the late 90's some time where I got on a Mustang message board to find out something about working on the 1968 Mustang that I had bought for my son to drive. Most of the posters on that message board were jerks and there was a lot of name calling and just stupid stuff being said to posters who were just trying to find out answers to their questions. There was one poster who seemed to be the voice of reason and was very helpful to those seeking answers. I think he went by the name MustangSteve. Not long after that he posted that he was going to start his own message board........and the rest is history.

I remember how we all pitched in to help you keep your Mustang when you were going to lose it in your divorce. Glad you got  to finish it and drive it as long as you did before the accident.

I was at the first MustangSteve Birthday Bash and I will be there for the 20th.

Re: I wish i could find my very first post

I met you at our first Bash in Waxahachie, 2010, Billy.  I recall you commenting about me having cruise control.  You and Glen inspired the mirror setup I have on the Heap.  Hope you can make to the twentieth Bash.

I think that first post is long gone, disappeared when board was updated. Would be cool to look back and see how it all started.
