Rear Cobra Caliper Parking Brake Retainer Clips

I replaced the rear calipers on my 1966 Mustang years ago with the Cobra version. I am in the process of replacing those again with a powder coated version. While removing the parking brake from the old calipers I broke the retaining clips. When I originally did the the Cobra caliper upgrade I remember replacing the the parking brake cable. But, I don't remember what year that was from. Any idea on where to get new clips? Or is there a better way to secure the parking brake cable.

After a little more research, I believe I installed the parking brake cable backwards. So, I ended up cutting off the wrong end of the cable. I had that little spring clip that supposed to go into the frame installed in the caliper.

Can you post a picture?   I do not remember any clips being on cobra rear caliper cables.

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

I updated my first post. I believe when I installed the 1994 parking brake cable years ago I cut off the wrong end of the cable.

I had this end installed/shoved/hammered into the caliper parking brake mounting hole. I was supposed to use the other end!

Yep, that's what it was. I was able to take the cable off, reverse the inner and outer cable.  The e-clip now holds the cable on the caliper. All is well now. I had that cable installed backwards all these years. Who says you don't get smarter with age!
