well the baffles that were in mine seem to have hung down lower. Still need to figure out the pvc side to put a baffle on it.

Looks cool, but seems a lot of machine work when spotfacing the mounting bosses on the valve cover down a 1/4" would be quicker and cheaper and you would have enough room to clear.

That valve cover does not have a PCV valve in it. Why does it need a baffle? I would probably just wad up a green Scothbrite cleaning pad and stick it in there. Cause I got no lathe.
When all you have is a hammer, everything gets treated like a nail.

Brahahaha! Now that's funny. Butt... there is no reason for you not to have a lathe. Used ones are out there, and you've got room for it. You'll find all kinds of fun things to do with it.
