I've been working on the Trophy for Spark Plug changing contest. It's been a group effort and a lot of fun along the way. I'm not the most imaginative guy, so Sheryl created a pinterest account for ideas. Then, I had to visit my local repositories for spare parts to see what I could find!!


 






With a basic idea, I spent a Friday with Steve and Glen Buzek and John Warley for design tweaking, parts gathering, welding, lunch, and catching up. With a final design concept, Steve did all the welding.
 
My oldest daughter took are of some artistic work with a sharpie that I would have botched for sure.
 
MustangSteve shipped me the bolts I needed to complete the assembly. Those will get blasted and painted on Monday for final assembly and a coat of clear.


 
I need to get the plaque ordered too. Hope the lucky winner will be able to carry it!!
 
We can display it proudly at the Bash.
