Didn’t want to derail the hydro boost topic.
I like the concept, just not the electronics that would be involved.
No plug and play here.

I read enough to understand that this is basically "brake by wire". So that's a hard pass for me.

"calculates the driver's braking request". Um ya. At the point of pushing the pedal, its way more than a request!

Apparently there is way too much electronics involved for me.
I had to look up what ESP means…Electronic Stability Program.
All of this requires wheel sensors, yaw monitor, steering angle sensor…not happening here.
What caught my interest was the accumulator to provide braking pressure with brake pedal input.
Dumb it down for just brake boost was my thought.

A lot of cars don't have steering shafts, brake pedals, and other stuff mechanically connected to the part doing the work, including F1 cars. Years so I was flummoxed to find out that the BMW 740s were drive by wire. Fixing problems they didn't have. Keeping it simple for the working man.

There’s not enough room in the 65 for CTRL+ALT+DEL buttons.
There is room for a KISS button.
