Bash Thrashing

Today I pulled the TKX out of my 66 to look for a knocking sound coming from the throwout bearing. It had a brand new Ford throwout bearing and new Centerforce dual friction clutch I recently installed.
I put in another new Ford bearing and a new Ford clutch fork. This is a cable clutch system.

I never figured out why it was making noise, but the new parts cured it and now it works perfect.

Unless my burning wire smell comes back again, my bash thrash is done except for final tire air pressure.
Bullet convinced me to go to a lower air pressure, so i am going to run 28 and 30 psi for a smoother ride.

California, here we come!!!

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Re: Bash Thrashing

Hi I thought I would ask here instead of makeing a new topic,
Do we need to bring anything to the bash like folding chairs or anything else like at a cruis-in

Slammed Big Blue, ran over the varmints that messed with the Stang. Now all is good in the NW

Re: Bash Thrashing

The are tables and benches at the Bash location. Folding chairs are always handy. An ice chest for your favorite cold drinks is a smart move.
