    Saw this 68 at a show today

    Not a big-buck car, but very tastefully done.  No gimmicks, just good solid workmanship.




    Trying to talk him into next year’s bash trip.

    Looks great, but for the life of me, I simply cannot see why anyone would put that chin spoiler on their Mustang. To me it looks like something out of a JC Whitney catalog. JMHO.

    Maybe it's a "fusion" style mustang...

    1968 T-code Coupe with a 302.  Nice car, no show stopper for sure, but I like it.

    Not wild about spoilers on pre-1969 Stangs either. But, with the overall look, it seemed to work ok.

    Most of the spoilers made for the 65-68 are fiberglass.

    I would consider it if made of a more forgiving material AND reasonable cost.

    I like them for the fact it makes the car appear longer especially when lowered.

    Speed bumps, curbs, potholes, and steep driveways would be my concern.

    Sure looks cool though. 😎

    I am not discounting aerodynamics in making a car stay planted to the road surface, but Mickey Thompson did 150 without much change on the exterior of his 69.

    Having spent considerable time getting my old project back on the road with "patina" paint and a lot of work yet to be completed - I'd say this is a very nice car. Really well executed. I really like - the overall fit and finish, the matte paint, the color matched front bumper. 
    If he were my brother I'd encourage him to get a molded upper radiator hose, a more true to the original export brace. I must have grown up in the spoiler/air dam generation as that one doesn't bother me a bit, while the decals on the windshield and door bottoms aren't additive.  
    Beautiful car, glad he's got it in such fine nick. 

    And yes MS, other than the shackles, that 150mph MT 69 is truly badass.
