1969 Window Cranks Front/Back

I have tried 2 different sets from NPD and they just don't seem to fit well at all.
The splines engage but that's as far as it goes and leaves a gap that I don't like.
There is a 1/2" diameter shaft right behind the spline that the crank just won't get past.
The front are screw in and the rears do not have a hole for screw in type.
Does anyone know the correct window cranks for my '69 Coupe. Window regulators came with the car, so I assume they are original.
Thanks

Can you enlarge the ID of the hole in the lever?

Re: 1969 Window Cranks Front/Back

Sposed to be a spring and and escutcheon (or plastic washer) before the handle goes on which I always thought was to make sure the door panel/escutcheon filled the space beyond the splines.

I thought so too, so I checked, but there is no spring on the illustrations for either the front or back window assemblies behind the cranks.

Bullet, the 65-66 you are familiar with is different than the 69-70

Sorry...that's the trouble with limited smarts.
