Rufus is referring to the "Start" position load on the ignition switch. That would be more than the switch was originally designed for. I'm sure a lot of folks have connected the PMGR directly to the stock ign. switch without issue but it's something to consider, I guess, with a stock early Ford switch.

I was speaking about the current draw through the key switch. Since the current draw of the starter motor only flows through the solenoid, it does not impact the switch. Since you are still thinking about this, if a jumper wire from the fender solenoid "S" terminal was connected to the PMGR solenoid trigger terminal then both the current draw of the fender solenoid plus the additional current draw of the PMGR solenoid would all be running through the key switch. Wiring it the way I suggested would keep the current draw to the switch the same, that being only the draw for the fender solenoid. Less draw through the switch has to be better in the long run.
