Question for those running Contour fans

How have they been? After searching I see several of you were talking about running them, just seeing how they've worked out. Seems like a good idea and since the fans are OEM should work well for a long time.

Re: Question for those running Contour fans

OEM Ford fans are better than any of the after market offerings(higher flow), less expensive to boot.
The Contour fan is neat, in that they are duals. Easier start-up load and can hit second for A/C or low speed driving. like a Parade or just heavy traffic.

Re: Question for those running Contour fans

Pulled one from a pick n pull, and ran it for three years in a warmed up small block in a daily driver.  Fan worked perfect. Went through a couple of scenarios on the control side. If I had to have an electric fan, I would use another one.  I like the idea of OEM stuff.  The final setup I used to control it was OEM parts from various european manufacturers.
