I've researched this site & found allot of great info. My problem involves the fact that this is being done to a '66 falcon manual steering 6-cylinder car. Swapping in the V8 Mustang centerlink, tie rods(inner & outer), idler arm, & adj. sleeves are not a problem. My problem is the pitman arm. The Mustang's had a 1" dia. splined sector shaft. The (this) Falcon has a 1&1\8th inch splined sector shaft(22:1 ratio, HCA-CA gearbox). The only option I could find & maybe consider; use the '67 Mustang manual steering V8 1&1\8th sector shaft pitman arm; but it looks like the curvature\geometry may be different. Any help please? My thanks in advance!

I'm thinking the 67 Mustang pitman arm is the way to go.

Couldn't you use a universal for to connect the to? Shape the steering wheel shaft to a double d and same with the other. Or find a universal that fits the steering gear? Another option is doing a rack and. Pinion. There was an article that had a 65 mustang with granada spindles and they used the j rack kit don't remember the manufacture but it ended up steering like a new car. It measured in with hardly any measurable bump steer
