Does anyone make a insulated fuel line? Looking to cut down on the heat to the Fuel line. This would be for Carburetor. Thanks Steve69

I made my own by running Alum. fuel line inside a rubber hose....for insulation and extra protection from rocks and road crap. Seems to be working OK after 8-10 years.
Hope this helps

Thanks 6sally6.
I did that on my last one also. I was thinking of switching carburetors and thinking maybe there might be a Fuel Line out there thats already done.
Thanks

Seems to me a rubber hose around a fuel line would keep the radiator fan from flowing air across the tube and not make it cool as well.
I am no thermodynamics pro, but just seems that would be the case. If you just keep it 1" or so away from touching the engine, it will do fine uninsulated.

With todays fuel chemistry I don't believe that vapor lock is the issue it was 40 years ago.
