62 fairlane rear end

I found a rear end out of a 62 fairlaneĀ  not sure what the size is right now but the car had a 289 in it. What I am asking will it fit in my 68 mustang an what is it worth? Thanks for any help with this.

Re: 62 fairlane rear end

The Fairlane axle is about 3" narrower than the '68 rear end. PLUS its prob the light duty 8" axle.
