A/C questions 1965 Fastback

I am putting together A/C on my Fastback and using original stuff, evaporator, concenser etc. and I was wondering if anyone could either send out a picture or give me dimensions as to where do the lines from the compressor go through the core support to the drier.

Also does the original stuff cool the Mustangs adequate?  The condenser seams quit small.  The interior of the cars asn't real large I know.  Anyway, thanks for input.

Re: A/C questions 1965 Fastback

Here's a picture of our 66 way back when.  The original AC lines went throug the core support at the top left, above the top rad. bolt (you can see where I filled it) and came back in to the dryer at the bottom left of  the support.  The dryer was mounted low on the forward left inner fender apron, right in front of the tower.

The low pressure line to the compressor  and the HP line from the dryer went to the evaporator through an oval factory knock-out in the firewall above and to the right of the throttle hole.
Here's another pic from way back when.  Throttle hole has a rag in it, AC hole above and right.

Re: A/C questions 1965 Fastback

In the picture below you can clearly see the top hose going thru the core support.  It's a little harder to see the bottom metal line.  If you look closely, just to the right of the convertible core support tube and just underneath where the wires from the regulator come out of their wrap, you can see the edge of the split bushing that the lower line goes thru.  Hope this helps.
