I'm doing an EFI swap on a 64 F100. I was planning on using the existing fuel line on the truck at the drain line. When I got under the truck and started working I found someone replaced the original line with a copper line. Is there any issues reusing this copper line for the fuel return?

Copper tends to work harden under continuous movement and vibration, making it susceptible to cracking. SAme with aluminum.
I would advise steel line with AN or SAE inverted flare fittings.
