hello;
well if you have a lot od hp and dump the clutch or speed shift much you need a stiff clutch.
i would use the original 3 finger style pressure plate. stock pressure is around 1600 psi. they make 1650 10 1/2 which is 1/.2" bigger. for 350 hp with moderate flogging i would run around 1850 with a series 500 dual friction disc. summit sells them.

I am very happy with my Centerforce dual friction diaphragm type clutch. I have never had it slip a bit even with 500 HP in my 66. It is very smooth actuation and engagement is butter smooth. Pedal effort is no more than the Ford Racing King Cobra clutch I used to have in the car.
Be realistic when you are spending money. If the spending money part is what you really enjoy, then get the Centerforce. If you want a decent clutch that will drive just fine, most replacement clutches will work. The difference is the high speed shifting. The King Cobra, when shifted at high RPM, sometimes resulted in the pedal sticking to the floor. The Centerforce is designed so that cannot happen.

X 3 on Centerforce...use stock pedal / clutch linkage with Heim ends installed, eliminates all binding ..bullet proof...street ,strip,or church....jj

GT, if you still have the stock clutch linkage, be sure the bushings in the pivot points are not worn out.
Good Luck
