Finally after 14 years of not working properly my gauges work. I had my low fuel warning sender rebuilt and that still didnt help. I finally ground the paint off and grease from all the grounds, replaced the cvr on the cluster and made sure to check the wiring. poured 4 gallons of gas in and gauge went to 1/4 were it belongs. I have oil pressure now also. Funny how things like this make your day.

Having good connections to ground is often overlooked in restoring vehicles, just because a connection is tight doesn't mean good grounding is achieved.
Anyway, making progress is always a good thing, and will make your day.
