1967 Mustang I6 200 Vacuum line

Hi I was wandering if anybody can tell me if this new vacuum line I just replaced, is the correct one, it doesnt look anything like the old one as far as the routing, CJ Pony parts claims thats the one and that I just need to tweak it.

One thing about it........that dude is long enough!!
If it was me...I would cut the two ends off and replace the middle section with a vacuum HOSE. Work just as well and when re-routed look a heckuva lot better.

You are referring to the carb to distributor right? That looks pretty close to my original one, although I did a 6S6 and just replaced the middle section with rubber vacuum line.
