I cant seem to find where to do this? The only thing I find is a button at the top of this box that allows you to add a picture URL from an online host.

clink "post reply" rather than using the "quick post" section and it will be in the bottom right hand corner of the posting box.

I just added my first picture in another post. It just required me to type in the goofy words to allow it to post. Otherwise, it went well.

It's a little tricky to find where to upload the pics, but use the "Post reply" link rather than the "Quick Post" message editor:
The "Upload Image" link is then down in the right corner:
Click on "Upload Image" and choose the image file from your hard drive that you want to upload ("Bläddra" is BTW Swedish for "Browse"). Depending on the size of the image you might want to make it smaller in size and it seems some guys on here are still on small screens or are using laptops with 15" screens which means that 800x600 usually works well:
Then press the green "UPLOAD NOW!" button, let the image upload and you'll get to this screen where you just press the "Add to Your Post" button:
The image is now added to your post in the editor and you can add/edit text, add additional images, etc. before you decide to preview if needed and then finally submit your post.

I have followed Hakan's instructions to the T...anyone else having problems posting pics?

There is one line about not allowing links until you have made two posts. Maybe this applies to pics, too? Let's try now.

Yep. You have to make 2 posts with no pics or links before you can put up pics or links.

Lets see if I can post a pic now. Meet Lucy and her little friend. Disregard date stamp.

Tip One: With the wheels on that stand you better have a lot of floor and a long extension cord 'cause you're gonna be chasin' that thing all over the place, LOL.

REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
