Live and learn....
I wanted to upgrade to a 22 gallon tank for my 1966 coupe and add a tank armor cover to boot. Having an EFI engine I neglected to take into account that the tank would have to be modified to allow for the fuel return line. After some time I decided keeping the existing modified tank was the way to go. It would just be too much modifying of the new tank to make it work. Unfortunatly I can't return this and shipping is really high b/c of the weight. Paid over $500+ with shipping. Asking $350 for everything. I'm in Dallas. I can meet you if you're in DFW.
I have the conversion fuel pipe that is shortened so this should fit in any 1964-1969 mustang. If you have a later mustang you'd just use the stock fuel pipe. It's never had fuel in it. Other than grinding on the tank armor for some clearence it's virtually untouched. New fuel sending unit and rubber fuel neck cover included as well.

Ron,
That's the same thing I told him. Which piece are you after? We could go together and get this off his hands.
(I'm liking the Tank Armor thingy a lot!)
