thus concludes the end of my military career.......30 years, 7 months, 10 days. Thanks Terry for the post last night regarding this milestone and to the others who commented.
Just to keep it Mustang related, I hope to have more time now to work on my herd. Today, I plan to prep for paint, a rear housing for the coupe. Once my mig is re-dialed in, the long awaited cowl replacement will commence followed by both full quarters.
Time now for a cup of Wolfe Bay coffee.........

Thanks Josh for your long (and I'm sure) distinguished career serving our country. A 30+ year career at any job is quite an accomplishment and I'm sure that you are ready to enjoy your hard earned retirement. I've got 31 years of twisting wrenches for Alaska Airlines and I hope to be pulling the plug in about two more years. Hopefully your efforts on your herd will keep you out from under Tanya's feet being home all day, every day....😄✌

Congrats, Josh. A service well rendered, I am sure! Now if only your commander in chief would follow suit!

Congrats Josh. I seem to recall you looking fairly young-ish in Bash photos. If it's not a state secret how old were you when you joined up? What service where you in?

Congratulations Josh! I admire your stamina - I could only tolerate 4 years of the military (USAF) - we parted ways (honorably) a little over 30 years ago.
I sincerely hope you enjoy your retirement - it's an amazing phase of life! Stay happy!!!
