ARRRRG Hate it when I buy something and then can't find it.

I had bought  some replacement studs for the windshield trim and now I can't find them anywhere. Guess I'll buy some more and then the first ones will show up right where I placed them so they would be easy to find. It's hell gettin old.

I thought I was the only one that had magical powers that could make things appear just buying another.

If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.

I came across some receipts the other day for some weatehrstrip for the fastback...  Wonder where THAT is????

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

I went through everything a long time ago:  No fastback weatherstrip, no GT badges,  but I do have your rubber wheel chock.

If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.

Re: ARRRRG Hate it when I buy something and then can't find it.

I bought the  gaskets for my 9" rearend and couldn't find them when I got to the assembly.  I didn't mind the cost because they were only a couple of dollars but it takes 35 minutes to get to NPD for a new set. I did find the original set shortly after buying the new ones, so this method does work for locating the original purchased parts.

Well I guess I need to take a break. After searching for a part while I was under the dash - I found out that I was laying on it!

I do feel a little better in knowing that I'm not the only one with with this problem.

Man, I wish I lived within 35 minutes of a vintage mustang parts house... or even within a couple of hours from one.
