I made a valiant effort to get a decent shot of every car at the bash along with the Forum Handle of the owner. There are two cars that I apparently did not get a name for so if the owners will correct my stupidity I will add your names to the pix. Please forgive some of the crappy photography, the sun didn't always cooperate.

Awesome pics BB! Looks like some really nice rides there! Wish I was there but with the kids cross country and other duties I couldn't make it. Maybe next year!

Ditto! It reminded me of a famous popcicle.

All the cars are great but I did like the Falcon 'squire' wagon. It was unique.

Lots of beautiful cars! I only wish that mine had been among the ones there.
Bob, I shot you a PM with a picture of Jane if you want to include it.

Very nice rigs, I can only hope to join yall someday in that little piece of history!

Nice pics BB, I thing the wagon looks pretty cool. Does that mean I'm getting old when you think a station wagon is cool!

I added the name of the Falcon wagon's owner. Russ Welty. He has a Falcon parts business and I think is in Wimberley.

Great shots, BB! Wish I could have been there.
I hear an ugly rumor about a Bash in CO next year. Want to expound on that rumor? That might possibly be within driving range of Seattle.
Offline
Ron,
Rumor is true.....in fact, BB posted details for Bash 13 in the "Annual Bash" tab on the main page....hope you can make it...

Looks like you got the back end of that cherry coupe dropped down before the trip (or mebbe the trunk is just chock full of 'supplies' aka Mr. Jack etc.). Love the Falcon wagon, and you don't have to be old to appreciate 'estate cars' - they are the most pratical of vehicles but can still be fun, I've been a fan and driver of the form since before I had a license. Wish I coulda been there butt (TS&T) there's no way I'll miss Montrose (!) - finally, a solid goal. Thanks for taking the time to share the pics.
(Edit - just noticed that this is post 427 for me - one of my favorite numbers.)

BB - Very nice, hope to make a bash soon, but Colorado is even futher than Texas!!
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
