Laurel Mountain Mustang closed?

I don't know if it is true but I thought I would give a heads up.  There are lots of people saying the same thing about no one will answer the phone or e-mails.  Just a voice mail that says what hours they are open.  Lots of people have been waiting weeks for shipment and have received nothing.  I was ready to buy a radiator and came across a thread regarding their problems.

Re: Laurel Mountain Mustang closed?

Their website is still up but a google shows lots of complaints.  Couldn't find anything about company troubles.

Their return policy finally did them in?

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Re: Laurel Mountain Mustang closed?

I had trouble with them last year over a $10 part that never shipped. Customer Service was nice enough, but never made anything happen. I finally got a refund, but I'm sure it cost them $20 in time dealing with me. Not a good formula for staying in business.

Re: Laurel Mountain Mustang closed?

Steves Mustang Parts  have always treated me good!
Prices are in line with all the rest.
Same "quality" as all the rest importers/dealers.
