I love my fully adjustable coil overs. Any ride height, any corner weights, any rebound damping, any bump damping and I can change all four springs in 20 minutes. I buy springs from racers at the track for a bargain. I made a little hydraulic load cell I can use on my shop press to verify rates and loads to match springs for each end.

I ordered a full kit from Laura Mountain Mustang. With the mid eye 4.5 rear spring and progressive front. Received everything but the front springs and installed. Waited a couple of months then ordered progressive springs from Summit Racing. Can't remember witch ones. Had to cut a coil off to get the right stance. Now rides like a dump truck. I would probably of loved them 30 years ago.

I have the Progressive Motorsports Street springs on my 66 coupe with a 302. I have stock ride height, but there were several mods to keep it there.
Progressive springs lowered the front about 1 inch, so I added polyurethane spacers. Shelby drop lowered the front back down about 1/2 to 3/4 inches. Relocating the spring seat out 1 inch raised it back up to stock height.
I would suggest that you go through with them at any price.
