ScareBird brakes are DUN!!

Got a good pedal........stops waaayyy better than drums...... New Torque Thrust rims are on....Butt.... little 4 MILLIMETER machine screws are needed. I have 5..........need 15 more. Looks like a Fastenall fix(Poop BOYZ don't hav'em. ) May get stainless if available. Beat out fender wells a "scoosh" and I THINK the scrub issue is fixed. I need a "fat-a##" passenger to test'em out, butt looks good!
I will need to write down and save what kind of calipers/pads/hubs etc. it is though. I pity the next owner(30 or 40 years from now) when he tries to replace the parts!

Sal, buy extra screws when you do get them.  I lose one ever now and then.  I ordered new ones from some where just dont remember.  If I find out I'll let you know.  I thought about using thread lok but with the allen head I was afraid they wouldnt come out.

Thats the beauty of the kit I used, If I need new pads I just order a set of pads for a 65 mustang..  They are Kelsey- Hayes basically OEM stuff

Terry / Sally, use Loc Tite Blue. It will hold those screws AND you can get it apart when you want to.

Glad to hear that you had some success getting those brakes done.   Nothing like being able to stop a car with a lopey cam.

GET HER DONE BULLETBOB!!! ..
