I lived in Houston about 15 years back, I'll Take this heat over that sticky humidity anyday

Woah!  Stay out of that! Only at 103 here near Fresno. 


'66 Fastback since July 27, 1981. Springtime Yellow, originally a 200 cu in, 4 speed. Also a '92 LX Coupe, 5.0, 5 speed.

It was 104 at my house today, but I still worked on my car. Work 5 minutes, shower, change clothes, cool down for 30 min, repeat.

think it was mid 90's here today. i do know with the central air on, it was 75 in the shop all day

I'll gladly trade with you! It was 102F (humid) degrees here in south Arkansas yesterday with a heat index of 110F.

It was already 98 degrees in my shop at 10:00 a.m. this morning while I was bead blasting the F-100 front I-beam/disc brake parts that will be swapped into my '69 F-100.  By this evening, it will be close to 110 inside the shop. ...can't stay in there very long before having to come into the house to cool off.

I could deal better with the heat if the high humidity factor wasn't involved.
