Re: Another car ID quiz

52%, not bad considering all but maybe two were guesses.  I've never owned anything that old, nor had anyone close to me that did either (I'm excluding my '18 Model TT, because I inherited it from a grandfather who used it once and stored it forever).  I could get close on the year just knowing how the styles of vehicles changed over the years, but the difference between a 33 and a 37 can be pretty nuanced.  Styles didn't change that much year to year back then.  If it was musclecars I'd clean up.  Its fun to do these tests though, makes you realize both how much you don't know and sometimes how much you know that you didn't know that you knew.  Say that three times fast.

Re: Another car ID quiz

Sorry to bust balloons, but I got 88%.  and all but two of the misses were differentiating between years like '47 & '51,  The '55 Chevy got me though.  They changed body styles in the middle of the year.

Re: Another car ID quiz

71%. The 1955 Chevy was a tricky one, because it's always referred to as 54 1/2. I didn't realize Hudson made trucks.
