Hi,
Can anyone tell me what's wrong in this picture and how to fix it?
I assume bar running across shields gas line, but what's with the cracks?

That's not a crack, its a seam. Its just where the torque box meets the framerail. Those are two separate stampings that are spot welded together in places you can't see. There may or may not have been seam sealer applied over that seam originally, so if the other side doesn't look like that its probably still got the sealer or some undercoating or something covering it.
