Tim, You can make them. Remove the old ones and grind the heads of new, correct size bolts to the square shape needed.

yep, get the right sized carriage bolts..follow whlnut's suggestion and tack weld them in.
Might have to cut the length down a bit............ this is an easy fix.

I've got about 100 projects this size left, and was trying to get it down to 99 the easy way
I figgered I wanted grade 8, but think it will lose hardness when tack welded.

I don't think they need to be welded. I looked at one on some '66 seat tracks and it just looks like a snug fit. When tightened in place, they can't move anyway. You can cut/grind a hex head bolt to fit.
