What disc brakes

I have a 66 fastback and bought 16x8 vintage wheel works v40's with 4 1/2 backspace. I need to know what disc setup will fit. Surely someone has these wheels here or knows someone that does. I would really appreciate any help. I have gone to Mustang Steve's house and tried them on his COBRA front setup but they will not work.  Thanks!

Re: What disc brakes

I run 16x7 w/4.25 b/s.  Brakes are Wilwood 12.19" rotors.  I have about 1/16" clearence with either steel wheels or my MarkVII aluminum ones.  That is with the 1/8" spacer that comes with the kit.
Most of us run max 7" front wheels on the early cars.  8"s usually rub the fender badly even with the lip rolled.  I had to go down to a 215x55x16 to make mine fit. 225s flat did not work.
