I hope everyone is putting their final 2018 BASH plans in motion.  We are really looking forward to the 15th consecutive year for this annual event.

In order to provide the best possible catering of a BBQ lunch to be served at the bash, we have chosen a local BBQ caterer known for their great food.

As everyone is well aware, the expense of feeding this big group with quality food can be staggering.  That said, we need to collect a per-person fee to be able to afford this meal with the quality of food everyone expects.  This year, the meal will consist of BBQ brisket, BBQ chicken, potato salad, banana pudding for desert, sweet tea, and water, and will be served as always around lunchtime at the bash.  The cost per person will be $12.50.

...in the amount of $12.50 per person.  Please note the actual name(s) of who the payment is for.  Payments need to arrive by the day of the bash.  Payment can also be made at the bash, but please prepay if at all possible to avoid having to spend a lot of time at the bash collecting payments.  You will be given a token when you sign in at the bash to show you have paid.
