Does anyone know what this connects to? It's part of the engine harness from an 87 Mustang 5.0 that I'm installing in my 65 coupe. Thanks

That whole harness is the oxygen sensor harness and that plug in your hand is the low oil level connector per pic above.

If you aren't using a stock 5.0 pan with the sensor just leave it unplugged. The sensor works by grounding when the level is low. If there's no sensor it can't ground, and if it can't ground it can't cause any issues.
