Installed a Hurst shifer and didn't want to use sheet metal screws to attach the new boot and trim. So I made this conversion plate. This plate converts the stock holes to the new boot/trim holes. New holes are 6-32.

I had some scrap metal laying around and too much time. The back side has 1/8" sheet rubber glued on to give the 6-32 screws space to go between the plate and tunnel and to provide a seal. No more scrap metal.
