I contemplated cutting them off with the sawsall, but I was to lazy to dig it out. So I grabbed the chain wrench and breaker bar. One quarter turn on the frozen nuts and the bolts broke off...Sweet!

Wow helper springs, check the upper mount sheet metal for cracks!
