Mustang Cruise this weekend in Tacoma Washington

There's a nice unrestored 68 fastback in the LeMay Car Museum in Tacoma, Washington that about 200 of us are going to cruise down to see next weekend. I doubt it's for sale though. It was garaged for quite a few years and was just recently put back on the road again. It is owned by a family in New Jersey and the last driver of note to drive it was named Steve McQueen in an obscure movie called Bullitt......
It will be displayed there until April 25th then will be moving on somewhere else. Can't wait to see the Holy Grail of all Mustangs.

You live in a very beautiful area. During my Cruising Days (as in boat, not car) I've stayed in Everett & Edmonds. Don't remember, but I think Mukilteo didn't have anchorage or marina.

Thanks - we think it's great too! You're right, there is no marina or anchorage at Mukilteo, just the boat ramp at the city park, and of course the Mukilteo ferry to Whidbey Island.  I used to have a boat (26' Bayliner Saratoga that I kept at Dagmar's Marina in Everett. Sold it a couple of years ago (2nd best day in a boater's life).

Sally (Mike) yeah, it stopped snowing, but we still aren't through with the rainy season yet. (See annual Seattle Rust Festival) As I've said before - this is the Evergreen State, and you can't keep it ever green unless you water it....... Hope it has dried out by the time you come up! (It really doesn't rain that much up here, we just say that to keep all those California folks from moving here)

I was born in Portland - lived in Metzger near Tigard. My son lives in Gresham.
