Buddy check..

A military term but one that applies to all our forum brothers and sisters especially with the onslaught of severe weather across the nation. Checking to ensure everyone is ok especially in those states recently impacted by tornado's, flooding etc. in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania, NJ, NY, Ohio...there may be more.  We've been wacked by twisters in Oklahoma and what seems like never ending rain.....now, all 77 counties are under a state of emergency due to the crazy flooding taking place with many rivers out of their banks and still rising.  To make matters worse, more rain is in the forecast today.  I starting to grow webbing between my toes........

Mrs JKB and I are fine and to keep it Mustang related, both cars are safe and secure in the shop....for now.
Be safe everyone.....look forward to seeing many of you soonest......

JKB

Re: Buddy check..

Can't catch a break!!
You folks are swimming in rain (pun intended) and we're roasting medium rare here with no rain the last 17 days!!  Glad y'all are do'in fine.
In-lawz in Tulsa are experiencing flooding all around them and I'm filling my rain barrel every other day with the garden hose!
This stuff is as unpredictable as...............the weather.
Funny how it seems to work-its-way-out.
Hope everybody else is do'in OK!

Re: Buddy check..

Tornado warnings here in DE, and lots of rain, but no worse for the wear.  Can't get anything done outside, and my grass just keeps growing, but no problems.

Re: Buddy check..

Fort Worth here and all good, but other spots close by (Corsicana, Mabank, and some others I can't remember) had verified tornadoes I believe. Hoping everyone near them is OK!

Re: Buddy check..

Glad everyone is ok.  Today we had straight line winds and driving rain......actually it rained tree branches all over the yard. Ready for this to stop......I'd settle for a drought right now
