Never do this.

Decided to replace my inner splash sields and rubbers , Ordered them from NPD. They came as 4 metal pecies and a bag of rubber parts with a bag of staples.no pre drilled holes .I can not explane how hard it was to hand drill and install all those staples . then I looked on line and they sell the splash shields with the rubber installed for about the same price.

Been there done it. And I think the ones that are made were only $40 a pair.


If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.

I used pop rivets w/washers instead of those staples - worked fine
