Can anyone decipher this tag, I know the first line is 289, and the 65, but dont know the 7, Second line I think is May Dearborn, but dont know 551-J

Tough to make it out, but from what I can see its a 289 from '65 that had a 3 or 4 speed manual trans. Those tags are reproduced FYI, not saying its a fake (wouldn't you make it a K code if you were going to lie?), but the possibility exists.
