Finally i have rebuld all that mess concerning the rear main seal and oil pan .
Find the leaks that was the oil pan deformed . With new one and rtv also in threads finally do not leaks any more .
Set up the new 5.0 pro short shifter in the t5 and i feel it very close and firm. Sharp on gearing , Happy !
Now the bad side : just around my block i can feel bad noise -- clang clang clang , repetitive and vibrations comes more when accelerate . i can't believe whats happening . Full of doubt of what i can wrongly do in this dismantling and mounting . Have the flywheel resurfaced , no more than that .
I have changed the lower rear main seal only without loosing the other mains, torque at rigth value , Close the belly and trans . Put again the shatft and try on the road .
Except flywheel , short throw , rear main seal and new oil pan , no other stuff was touched .
Sounds comes orrible from under and i can argue are u joints , but nothin has changed in that .
the pilote bushing was good
I have used the tools to align pressure plate and friction like i did two years ago. Never an issue .
Now is not going good .
What i did it wrong ???

Maybe the block spacer plate is touching the flywheel?
Exhaust hitting something?
I find with stuff like this, get it up on jack stands and spend some time rolling around under it. Usually the problem is obvious after a couple minutes of poking around.

Well , seems that need some break in or some fine adjust .
Just add shims between trans and mount and noise comes less, or maybe have overthighten u joints .
Probably i need to check again pinion angle .
Today i try some mountain road and all is gone good .

Most likely the noise is your new shifter hitting the sides of the shifter hole. It can make really loud noises.

Whenever we replace a piece or "fix" something our hearing becomes uhhhh..............very keen!
We naturally -oh no I used a word I shouldn't have--ume we did someting worng or "something" isn't right. OFTEN times its just a little something that needs an adjustment.

I would definitely look at the shifter hole. Shimming the trans mount may just be moving the shifter in the hole and have nothing to do with driveshaft angle. If the shifter clears then I would definitely check your u-joint angles.
