When I turn i am getting a metal clunk/pop and I cant find it. About mid tur to the right. Its solid. new tie rods, ball joints, lower arms 1" drop coils. All has about 300 miles. I dont see anything when the wife turns the wheel but sure can here it and feel it in the wheel. Just hear for the first time leaving the store.

Did you get the coil springs seated properly at both the upper and lower ends?

Check all the tie rod ends and ball joint studs. It’s easy to put them together and think they are tight without them actually being tight.

FOUND the CLUNK
Idler arm washer where on the frame mount side shaft. the factory washer was compressing the rubber and rubbing on the shaft inside the bushing, not sure why as it was new but I made a steel washer to fit on the bushing just larger than the steel shaft and then installed factory washer and nut. Problem gone.

Could you add a picture where this occured?
Thanks!

This is the frame side of the drag link. you can see behind the stock washer the thin washer I made with a hole larger than the steel insert of the link. this got rid of the pop or clunk when turning after I replaced the link. there were all kinds of metal marking and particles on my washer and the link before i made the shim. I just dont think they pressed the center in far enough.
