Thanks 50vert!

Hi all

I would like to thank one of the members of this forum for going above and beyond to help a fellow member.

50vert (Barry) an Australia member went beyond anything I could have imagined to help me locate, purchase and ship an EXTREMELY rare Australia only Ford part for my 63 Fairlane.

After a few attempts to research this part on my own without success, I ask 50vert for advice. He said he would check around and a few days later he got back to me that he had indeed located one!
After confirming dimensions, price and shipping options, we got the ball rolling. FedEx dropped the part off yesterday just in time for Christmas!

This is another example of the type of kind, helpful and just great people that are on this forum.

Barry…thanks again for all your efforts, time and trouble helping me get this part.

Henry

Re: Thanks 50vert!

Just paying it forward Henry ... was glad to help.
BB, Corky, JKB, and others, have gone outta their way to help me out in the past. It's not often I get a chance to return the favours. I hope you make all the other Fairlane owners jealous.
I'm a far cry from being an Austrian though.
I've gotta second your opinion on the bunch a folks on this forum.
Again, glad I could help ... just don't ask for another ... those things are made outta rockin' horse $**t.
