When I got this manifold from Mustang Steve, it had been in his F series. It had a hose nipple on the drivers side with a 3/4" nipple, TOO large for our Mustangs and Gals. Anyone who has ever had a Weiand manifold knows, that runner on the right is TOO TALL to put a 90 degree fitting. So....it was either use the 3/4" fitting on a 5/8 hose....nah. Or use a really Tall 90 degree fitting on the left....nah..or keep the hose inlet on the left side, move the sending unit to the left and keep the hose fitting on the right(must use adaptor).....nah To all of those.
My solution was to use a straight fitting on the left side (and use this nifty pre formed Dodge Dakota hose) and keep the sending unit on the drivers side, where it fit with no adaptor.
Then it all went to hell, because I have to use an adaptor for the aftermarket sending unit. BUT.....its kind of long, so it will get in the water OK.

I like that hose with the 90 in it! Makes it alot cleaner install.
