"While you are in there" . words of wisdom and frustration

Mustang Steve has always said this to me.
What are you guys doing now that started small and took on a life of its own with your car?
Me it was adding the clutch pedal for my T5 conversion, I now have my entire dash out going to replace fuse block, recover the dash and rebuilding the center console and while im in there Im adding vintage air...………...

Around 1996 on the way home after buying my car I stopped to put air in the tires . . . . . .

Talked to Gary today, BB2.  He's complaining that it's taking so long to put the 67 back together after a simple AC addition.  Seems that every mod requires him to do five or six other mods.  Really?  Never had that problem....RIGHT!!
He says he can't help himself from getting into WYAAIT mode...I told him not to worry as it's in the DNA.  Also told him to get with it since he only has two months.

LOL, it has never stopped, I am just in the process of buttoning every thing back up from installing a power top pump that I overhauled plus new cylinders and hoses. I don’t know why Ford did not make that stuff last longer than 50 years..

Needed to lower the York A/C comp. because it was making hood contact on the 67.   Just simply slot the holes and lower it some.  Hours later the shroud, and fan is out.  PS pump also because it needs lowering now. I worry anymore when easy is really easy, something must be wrong...
